Packages and Rates

Standard Event Coverage

Usually a small to medium gathering of 20-150 people, running for about 2-4 hours, held at a single, easily-accessible venue. Generally does not require extensive travel or special lighting setups. Such occasions may include parties, socials, picnics, or networking events.


Specialty Events

These are the big, special occasions that see many, many people. This may be held at a special destination or otherwise noteworthy venue. Such occasions may include car shows, expos, trade shows, club meets, tours, or ceremonies.


Corporate and Nonprofit Events

Larger gatherings like fundraisers, conferences, community events, church or charity events, galas, auctions, business meetings, or company training sessions. These may or may not be potentially more formal occasions than a more casual, standard event.

  • Duration: 1 to 3 hours

    Deliverables: Usually up to about 50 photos, depending on duration, attendance, and activities taking place

    Deliverables: Usually about 100 photos, potentially more, including detail and crowd shots. Also includes 1 short social media reel containing highlight shots/clips from the event.

    Deliverables: Includes all the items in the Everything Package and adds five 8.5”x11” professional prints.

  • Media processed and delivered digitally within 48 hours of the end of the event day

  • Add prints, starting from $50 for up to ten 8.5”x11” unframed photos from the event. For more than 10 photos, additional prints are $4 each.

    For larger sizes, custom pricing is available, beginning at $5 per photo.

    Add framing for every photo, adding $30 each for no mat, or $40 each for including a mat.

  • Add long or short-form video. Choose to have special moments recorded, or opt for a recap video consisting of photos and video clips from the event. If the intent is to use the video for social media, portrait orientation works best for reels, and landscape works best for YouTube videos.

    For packages that already include a short reel, the video add-on will allow you to add extra video coverage on top of the one included reel. The extra video does not need to be strictly for social media.

Is a standard package not quite cutting it? Is your event that’s bigger or smaller? Do you have a series of events you’d like to regularly have professional photo coverage of? Custom packages available for recurring events, festivals, multi-day events, or other special requests.


A Note About Travel

Travel in excess of 30 miles from the studio incurs a fee of $0.65/mile. Travel requiring long-distance driving, airfare, and lodging will incur additional charges.
